Built to last, Jetty East was one of the first condos constructed on Holiday Isle in 1974 and completed in 1975. Its fortress construction of miles of pilings and cement has earned it the nickname of “The Grand Dame”. It was named Jetty East due to its close proximity to The Jetty and East Pass.
